These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the fk44 platform and all services connected to it. fk44 ("we", "our", "platform") is a safe and reliable online entertainment platform operated for players in Bangladesh.

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, email address — must be truthful and your own. fk44 reserves the right to close an account at any time if false information is provided.

2.3 Account Security

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Managing or granting access to your account through a third party is prohibited.
• The account holder is solely responsible for all activity on the account.

2.4 Verification (KYC)

fk44 may at any time request identity documents, proof of address, or verification of payment methods for account verification purposes. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3.1 Age Requirement

5.1 Welcome Bonus

5.2 General Bonus Rules

5.3 VIP Program

fk44's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier. Tier advancement is determined based on the user's activity and contribution. VIP benefits may be changed at any time at fk44's sole discretion.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If abuse of bonus activities or attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities are proven, fk44 reserves the right to close the relevant account and forfeit any bonuses and winnings earned.

All players must follow the provisions below when participating in gaming and betting activities on fk44. These provisions ensure a fair and balanced playing environment for everyone.

6.1 Fair Play

fk44 believes in fair play. All games on the platform operate using neutral and verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Any attempt to manipulate or cheat results is strictly prohibited.
